Most orders are custom made-to-order with a 60 day lead-time. If your reformer is in stock the lead-time is 2 weeks.

Do you offer professional assembly services?

Yes, we offer custom Professional Assembly Service for £250. Please enquire for this service. This service is seperate from delivery includes having a professional assemble the reformer for you. If you prefer self-assembly, the reformer comes 70%-90% pre-assembled, and it typically takes30-60 minutes to complete.

How do I care for the reformer?

To ensure the reformer stays in excellent condition, wipe down the equipment after each use with a damp slightly soapy cloth, store it in a safe, dry space, and avoid any rough handling. Report any defects within the first 24 hours of receiving your order.

What are your shipping fees?

Standard delivery is calculated at the checkout depending on location.
