Refund policy

How can I cancel my order?

We can honour a refund if your product is cancelled within 24 hours. It’s important to contact us as soon as possible when trying to cancel an order. Please submit your request in writing including the order number, product, and your contact information. We will try our best to cancel for you. If you want to cancel after 24 hour grace period fees between 20-60% of the order will be required.  If your order has already shipped, then it's too late to cancel your order. Not all orders can be cancelled after 24 hours. All sales are final once your order is shipped. If your order is eligible for a refund, you may be held accountable for any shipping costs and processing fees on credit card transactions.


Can I return my order?

Every Reformer is committed to providing high quality products and customer service. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We offer a 14-day return window for those who are eligible for a return. 

You may return items for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order by emailing: info@everyreformer.co.uk 

Customers must submit photos & videos of the product in order for Customer Support to determine the best course of action. Customers who do not submit photos & videos of the return request will be considered an invalid request.

Actions before possible refund:

Orders with missing pieces or defective, will fall under Manufacturing Warranty and can be returned or replacements offered. 

Orders with shipping damage, will fall under Shipping Insurance and will be replaced. Evidence of shipping damage or defect must be sent to info@everyreformer.co.uk.

Orders with customer assembly errors are required to submit photos & videos, our team will endeavour to resolve. 

Please make sure to reference your order number as proof of purchase. 

 

Return Shipping Costs

If you're returning an item due to change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked, insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Please be aware:

- Return shipping for large equipment like reformers may be expensive, particularly for international customers.

- Every Reformer does not cover these costs unless otherwise stated in writing or under promotional terms.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

Notify you of approval or rejection within 3-5 business days

If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Original delivery fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

 

Non-Returnable 

Unless covered by warranty, these products are not returnable:

If not in original packaging

Custom products: any product ordered with custom upholstery or equipment configuration.

Sale items: Items purchased at a sale price

All equipment is covered by our 3 year frame warranty and 2 year component based warranty, depending on part type.
