Meet Christie Manning
The visionary behind Every Reformer, a passionate personal trainer, Pilates teacher, and Muay Thai fighter ranked #1 in the UK at 59kg. Christie’s journey into Pilates began as a way to balance her intense Muay Thai training with exercises that improved her posture, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.
After having children she relied on her Pilates education to get her back into fighting shape. It was then that she noticed a discrepancy in the accessibility of Pilates Reformer classes.
Why Pilates?
Joseph Pilates designed his method to create muscular balance and improve overall strength and flexibility. The main focus of Pilates is to strengthen and lengthen both large and small muscle groups, resulting in fluid, smooth movement that benefits athletes, postpartum, dancers, and those recovering from injury. Christie believes that Pilates is for everyone, from improving daily activities to helping clients excel in sports like boxing, yoga, skiing, and more.
Through her experience as a Professional Athlete and fitness coach, Christie has felt the positive effects of Pilates in her own life and is passionate about sharing these benefits with her clients.
