Shipping Timeline:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping typically takes between 1-2 weeks.

  • Made to Order Products: Most products are made to order and can take up to 8 weeks before they are shipped.

  • Pre-Order Products: If a product is on pre-order, expect a wait time of 10 weeks or more. An email will be sent to confirm the wait time after purchase.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with delivery information. If you have not received this email, your product has not yet shipped and may still be in production or on back order.

  • For specific product delivery times, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Process:

  • Standard Delivery: Ensure you are available to receive your package upon its arrival. If you miss your delivery, you will need to reschedule.

  • Curbside Delivery: Your package will be dropped off at your entrance door. You may need additional assistance to bring the package inside your residence. Plan to ask a neighbour or friend for help. You will be responsible for removing any packaging materials.

Inspection Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect your package before signing for it to identify any shipping damage. If there is any damage, contact us via email and return the package to the manufacturer.

Pilates Assembly Service:

  • If you prefer assistance with carrying your equipment inside and assembly, please email info@everyreformer.com to add the Pilates Assembly service when placing your order.
